yes, lets do something. often the timing is important but this is also an issue for the next generation and was an issue for the generation before us. if you have got an idea and you are well prepared for the start up, the you can choose the right time.
if you have an idea and you wait until the right time is comming, then probably, somebody else is well prepared for the start up.
